April Sound

April Sound is a thousand acres right on the sparkling shores of Lake Conroe, just 20 minutes from The Woodlands on the North side of Greater Houston. Established in 1972, April Sound Country Club is at the heart of April Sound, and with the whole facility newly rebuilt and opened in March 2010, it is both the newest and the oldest country club on the Lake.  The Club facilities include 27 holes of golf, 12 tennis courts, a workout room, a boat launch, an aquatic driving range, two putting greens... and more.

And, on top of that, the April Sound tennis players group are truly a social and fun-loving crowd group: they even have a quarterly dinner club and a Christmas party each year. All the amenities include:
