Cochran’s Crossing is one of the earliest developments of The Woodlands, and is in the heart of this master-planned community. Founded in 1983 and named after the Cochran family, once co-owners of the Grogan-Cochran Lumber Company, now occupies the beautiful piney woods area that was formerly timbering country.
